Job Summary: Plan and manage projects in the metal-mechanical industry, coordinating resources and monitoring progress to ensure efficient and timely execution. Key Highlights: 1. Plan projects, manage schedules and resources (personnel, equipment, materials) to ensure efficient and timely project execution. Minimum 1.5 years of experience in the metal-mechanical industry. Main Functions and Responsibilities: * Prepare quotations, cost estimates, budgets, technical inspections, drawing verifications, coordinate with operational departments or other departments, and follow up with the operational department. * Resource Planning: Coordinate required resources, anticipate bottlenecks, and adjust plans to avoid delays. * Management Control: Monitor actual progress against planned progress, report deviations, and propose corrective actions. * Document Management: Prepare progress reports and maintain organized technical documentation. * Coordination: Collaborate with site supervisors, project managers, and field teams. General Requirements: * Education: University graduate or bachelor's degree in Industrial, Civil, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering, or related fields, with experience in the metal-mechanical industry. * Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar positions (Planner, Project Control). * Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Project and/or Office (Excel), AutoCAD, management tools, S1O. * Documented CV.
