A leading company in the mining sector, Analytica Mineral Services, is searching for top talent to fill the position of **PROPERTY SECURITY SUPERVISOR**, meeting the following requirements: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Safety, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * One (1) year of experience in processing plants or mining. * **Availability to work in Chala, Arequipa.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate and supervise the comprehensive management of property security at the processing plant unit, ensuring asset protection and operational continuity. * Plan, execute, and monitor property security plans, programs, and procedures, ensuring their proper implementation. * Supervise continuous monitoring of operations through technological security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms, GPS, among others). * Coordinate and supervise scheduled and unannounced patrol rounds, verifying the effectiveness of established controls. * Coordinate initial response and handling of incidents, accidents, and emergencies, aligning actions with internal departments and competent external entities. * Manage the collection, analysis, and custody of information and evidence to support investigations and technical report preparation. * Coordinate with operational areas to address unplanned events that may affect property security and operational continuity. * Prepare and present property security management reports, including indicators, incident analysis, and improvement proposals. * Coordinate training programs, inductions, drills, and simulations related to property security. * Supervise compliance with internal regulations, security protocols, access controls, and operational procedures by both permanent staff and contractors. * Promptly inform immediate supervisors about incidents, emergencies, and relevant developments in property security management. **WHAT WE OFFER:** * **Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits.** * **Transportation, meals, and camp accommodation.** * **Job stability.** * **Atypical work schedule: 14\*7** Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,800\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
