Incident management and end-user training **PROFILE: SYSTEMS ENGINEER – ODOO** **Position:** Systems Engineer – Odoo Support and Implementation **Department:** Systems / IT **Work Mode:** On-site – Full-time **Contract Type:** Fixed-term (3 months) **Location:** Administrative office **Purpose of the position:** Provide technical and functional support for the Odoo ERP, ensuring its proper implementation, operational efficiency, and support for internal users. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide technical and functional support to Odoo users. * Implement, configure, and parameterize Odoo modules. * Manage and track incidents and improvements. * Administer users, access rights, and permissions. * Train end users. * Coordinate with internal departments and Odoo vendors. **Requirements:** * Graduate, Bachelor’s degree holder, or certified professional in Systems Engineering. * Experience in Odoo implementation and support. * Knowledge of modules: Sales, Purchases, Inventory, Accounting, HR. * Basic knowledge of SQL and Python (preferred). * Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Competencies:** * Problem analysis and resolution. * Organization and effective communication. * Teamwork and service orientation.
