Development of reports, dashboards, and strategic indicators. IDM Technology, specialists in IT solutions, is searching for a **Senior Data Analyst** to join a major company in the region. Main Responsibilities: * Analyze, validate, and transform data originating from banking and financial systems. * Participate in data migration and integration projects across core banking platforms. * Design and build reports, dashboards, and strategic indicators. * Perform functional and technical analysis of financial information, customers, loans, and banking products. * Execute ETL processes and data quality validations. * Coordinate with functional teams, architecture, risk, business, and technology units. * Generate technical and functional documentation related to data processes. * Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement. * Participate in projects related to the Bantotal core banking system. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Statistics, or related fields. * Minimum 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar roles in banking. * Mandatory experience in the financial or banking sector. * Knowledge and experience working with the Bantotal core banking system. * Experience in banking migration, integration, or digital transformation projects. Advanced SQL proficiency. * Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools. * Knowledge of ETL, data modeling, and data governance. * Python, Databricks, or Big Data tools experience is desirable. * Experience working with agile methodologies.
