Main Responsibilities: * Analyze, validate, and transform data originating from banking and financial systems. * Participate in data migration and integration projects across core banking platforms. * Design and build reports, dashboards, and strategic indicators. * Conduct functional and technical analysis of financial information, customers, loans, and banking products. * Execute ETL processes and data quality validations. * Coordinate with functional teams, architecture, risk, business, and technology units. * Generate technical and functional documentation related to data processes. * Identify automation opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in projects related to the Bantotal core banking system. .Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields. * Minimum 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar roles in banking. * Essential experience in the financial sector or banking. * Knowledge and experience working with the Bantotal core banking system. * Experience in banking migration, integration, or digital transformation projects. * Advanced SQL proficiency. * Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools. * Knowledge of ETL, data modeling, and data governance. * Python, Databricks, or Big Data tools experience is desirable. * Experience working with agile methodologies.
