




Position Summary: We are seeking a Service Technical Assistant to manage work orders, documentation, customer follow-up, and workshop resource requisition. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of work orders and technical documentation. 2. Proactive communication with customers regarding service status. 3. Operational control of timelines and warranty management. At Shacman S.A.C, a company dedicated to automotive vehicle sales, we are currently seeking a Service Technical Assistant. **Responsibilities:** * Opening and closing of workshop work orders * Monitoring progress of work orders * Documenting each work order * Updating the maintenance checklist for each vehicle model * Reviewing and recording technical reports for each service intervention and work order * Communicating with end customers to inform them of the status of each service, repair, and/or complaint * Requisitioning spare parts, materials, tools, and other resources required for workshop operations * Operational time tracking per work order * Control, reporting, and custody of warranty spare parts * Warranty claim management **Requirements:** * Technical or university studies in Automotive Mechanics, Buses and/or Trucks, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite * Basic technical English proficiency (reading technical manuals) * Driver's license, minimum category A1 (desirable) **Employment Conditions and Benefits:** * Base salary: S/ 1,800 to S/ 2,000.00 * Probationary period: 3 months * Formal payroll registration * SCTR insurance * Ongoing training and product portfolio updates * Training on diagnostic tool usage * International certification **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM * Work location: ANCÓN Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800.00 - S/.2,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
