Support continuous improvement of credit assessment policies **Join our team!** At **Global Go**, we are looking for talent for the position **Junior Risk Analyst**—learn more about this career opportunity below: **What is the main challenge?** * Ensure the health of the credit portfolio by evaluating, measuring, and controlling credit, operational, and fraud risks in the origination of loans for motorcycle purchases. The analyst will be responsible for analyzing portfolio behavior and proposing segmentation strategies to minimize delinquency. **What will be your key responsibilities?** * Ensure application of credit policies for motorcycle financing, considering the target audience profile and their behavior by geographic zone. * Review and validate coverage maps, verifying alignment with the company’s established risk profiles. * Analyze customer payment behavior and delinquency to propose adjustments in segmentation by strata. * Identify potential fraud signals or inconsistencies in documentation. * Prepare risk reports and indicators related to loan origination and portfolio behavior. * Monitor portfolio performance and alert on deviations from established indicators. * Provide support in the continuous improvement of credit assessment policies, processes, and tools. **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in credit analysis, risk assessment, portfolio management, or similar roles in financial institutions, retail finance, or vehicle loan companies. * Excel: Intermediate level (proficiency in pivot tables, logical functions, and lookup functions) * Database knowledge (SQL queries, handling structured data) * Microsoft Office: Intermediate level. **What do we offer?** * Formal employment contract from day one, with all statutory benefits. * Competitive salary At Global Go, we firmly believe in equal opportunity and therefore promote gender diversity, ethnic and national origin diversity, and inclusion of persons with disabilities and/or different abilities (in accordance with Law No. 2 9 9 7 3\).
