Job Summary: This role involves executing production activities, maintaining quality standards, and supporting operational continuity in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure continuity of the production process and information transfer 2. Carry out production activities in compliance with quality and safety standards 3. Maintain order, cleanliness, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in the area * Conduct shift handover, ensuring accurate information transfer and uninterrupted production process. * Perform assigned production process activities (e.g., peeling, washing, parboiling, sorting, packaging, etc.), adhering to quality, food safety, and safety standards. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in the work area. * Supply materials, consumables, or raw materials to production lines to ensure operational continuity. * Perform product sorting, packaging, labeling, and quality control, ensuring compliance with quality and presentation standards. * Support product changeovers, shift handovers, and other operational activities required by the process. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor related to the position and operational needs.
