Job Summary: We are seeking a Software Technician for a client in the technology sector, responsible for installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems, as well as user training and support. Development of incident control manuals **We invite you to join our selection process to become part of the team of one of our technology-sector clients, who is looking for a professional to serve as a Software Technician** **Runa IT promotes an inclusive hiring policy**, therefore inviting all individuals to participate in the corresponding selection process. **This position is open to persons with disabilities**, in accordance with Law No. 29973\. **Work Modality:** Hybrid, main offices in Callao **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, 48 hours per week **Requirements:** * Completed studies in computing, systems, software, or related fields * 2 years of experience in technical support * Experience in system implementation * Knowledge of logs at the operating system and application levels * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Ability to travel throughout metropolitan Lima **Responsibilities:** * Install and configure the company's systems at client sites * Perform scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance * Provide user training and advisory services to the Help Desk * Escalate software issues detected at client sites to the development team * Conduct on-site visits to clients' offices * Hold meetings and contact users either in person or remotely * Develop incident control manuals * Other duties as assigned by the department head related to the position and department **Benefits:** * Formal payroll registration from day one * Coverage of travel expenses * Statutory benefits * Provision of food card * Partial EPS (health insurance) coverage Salary: S/.1,500\.00 per month Application Questions: * In which district do you currently reside? * Have you previously worked on operating system configurations?
