We work with the joy of achieving the impossible—together. **Job Description** Provide operational, analytical, and communication support to the Growing Together program, contributing to initiative tracking, execution of the communication plan, and comprehensive support for program rollout—ensuring planned activities are completed, beneficiaries are positively impacted, and initiatives are effectively disseminated internally. Specific Objectives: * Support weekly tracking of initiatives across the pillars of Growing Together, consolidating progress, responsible parties, and upcoming milestones. * Update monthly dashboards or program tracking reports (activities, participation, preliminary results). * Support execution of the program’s internal communication plan, coordinating content pieces, calendars, and publications. * Prepare periodic program progress reports with basic indicators on participation, activity completion, and reach. * Collaborate in coordinating with vendors or partners for specific program activities. * Support logistical organization of program activities (workshops, trainings, volunteer events, or campaigns). **Requirements** * University student in the 7th or 8th semester of Communication for Development, Administration, Management and Senior Leadership, or related fields. * 7 months to 1 year of experience as a Pre-Professional Intern in Corporate Social Responsibility or Sustainability. * Advanced English proficiency. **Additional Information** The mission of Grupo Mariposa is to foster growth and sustainability within the global food and beverage industry.
