Web Content and Data Assistant

Description

Position Summary: We are seeking a Marketing/Communications professional to manage web content, digital marketing, streams, and support product creation and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive web content and digital marketing management 2. Participation in product and email campaign creation 3. Operation of streams on Twitch and social media (TikTok, Instagram) Responsibilities: 1. General website management and maintenance. 2. Updating SKUs, prices, banners, and informational content. 3. Creating and managing categories, publishers, and promotional pages. 4. Reviewing and cleaning the product and customer database. 5. Daily exchange rate configuration. 6. Product creation and updates (Quickbooks). 7. Supporting the Customer Service team by providing information and validating customer data. 8. Creating and sending email campaigns via Zoho Campaigns. 9. Designing email and website graphics for multiple countries (Miami, Chile, Peru, Colombia). 10. Producing secondary assets for other markets as needed (e.g., Costa Rica). 11. Operating and maintaining streams on Twitch and social media (TikTok, Instagram). 12. Conducting Pokémon streams and unboxings, including video recording and uploading. 13. Contributing insights on new product lines alongside the procurement team. Requirements: 1. Graduate in Marketing and/or Communications. 2. 6 months to 1 year of experience in similar roles (web content, digital marketing, data entry, or basic data analysis). 3. Intermediate Excel proficiency. 4. Basic knowledge of data analysis. 5. Basic SEO knowledge (not mandatory). 6. Basic SAP knowledge. 7. Familiarity with platforms (Canva, Basic Photoshop, TikTok, etc.).
