**What We Offer:**

**Work Schedule (Fixed):**
* Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
* Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
**Your Primary Objective:**
Plan, execute, reconcile, and regularize the company’s accumulated general inventory. You will achieve exact alignment among physical stock, logical records in Excel/systems, and accounting statements—providing a solid foundation for decision-making and operational management.
**Your Key Responsibilities:**
* **Historical Reconstruction and Investigation:** Audit and consolidate inventory databases, invoices, and overdue shipping guides. Identify root causes of traceability loss and establish an accurate initial balance for regularization.
* **Inventory Planning and Physical Count Execution:** Design counting schedules and methodologies (e.g., blind double-counting). Lead, train, and supervise support teams. Ensure correct SKU cataloging and coding.
* **Fixed Assets Management and Accounting Reconciliation:** Conduct fixed asset identification and labeling (QR/barcode). Reconcile physical inventory with accounting books, preparing technical reports on surpluses/shortages and identifying obsolete or depreciated assets.
* **Data Modeling and Advanced Excel Expertise:** Develop automated matrices and control dashboards. Use Power Query or Macros to process large volumes of historical data efficiently.
* **Internal Control and Future Process Design:** Draft and implement warehouse procedure manuals. Design a permanent cyclic inventory program and monitor key KPIs such as ERI (Inventory Record Accuracy), shrinkage, and stock turnover.
**Who Are We Looking For?**
* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or higher in **Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Administration**, or related quantitative disciplines.
* **Experience:** Minimum **3–4 years** leading inventory audit processes, historical backlog regularization, and fixed asset control in high-item-volume enterprises (certified documentation required).
* **Mandatory Technical Knowledge:**
* **Expert-Level Excel:** Proficient use of complex pivot tables, advanced functions (VLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH), array formulas, Power Query, and macros (VBA).
* **Basic/Intermediate Accounting:** Analytical understanding of cost of goods sold, net realizable value, fixed assets, depreciation, and stock cards (FIFO/Weighted Average methods).
* **Competencies:** Exceptional organizational skills, firm leadership for workforce management, analytical capability under pressure, integrity, and impeccable professional ethics.
Salary: S/.2,500\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month
