We are currently seeking the following talent: IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT ASSISTANT. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Degree in Computer Science or related field. \- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. \- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. \- Intermediate proficiency in SAP Business One (MANDATORY). \- Knowledge of cybersecurity. \- Work location: Surquillo **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Provide SAP support across the entire company. \- Create reports, perform data analysis, and cross-reference information. \- Address incidents and manage internal problems. \- Execute preventive and corrective hardware and software maintenance programs.
