Within the app, the business operates as a chain of strategically located, customer-facing closed stores dedicated exclusively to online sales and delivery. We are seeking an Operations Sr Analyst for our Operations team based in Lima, Peru. **What challenges await you:** * Monitor key KPIs (Productivity, Inventory, and Quality) to propose actions that optimize business performance. * Lead demand and storage capacity planning to ensure operational efficiency across stores. * Design and automate management reports serving as critical support for strategic decision-making. * Coordinate business reviews with Finance and Commercial teams to enhance profitability ($P\&L$). * Drive continuous improvement and process efficiency with a focus on business scalability. **Requirements** * Professionals with degrees in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, logistics, or analytical roles. * Advanced proficiency in SQL and Power BI (mandatory). * Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset. * Strong analytical capability with long-term strategic vision and attention to detail. **Additional Information** At PedidosYa, impact is measured not only by results—but by how we achieve them.
