At **Hy\-Line Perú**, a leading company in avian genetics and high-quality layer hen commercialization, we are currently seeking a **Payroll Analyst** to join our team in San Isidro. **What are we looking for?** 2–3 years of experience in similar roles such as Payroll Assistant or Payroll Analyst **Key Responsibilities:** * Consolidate and submit timecards and personnel updates (overtime, night shifts, merchandise deductions, absences, BTS, position bonuses, vacations, salary increases, etc.) for both blue-collar and white-collar staff. * Prepare and accrue CTS and bonuses. * Responsible for custody and auditing of personnel files, ensuring physical and digital documentation remains up-to-date and complies with confidentiality standards. * Process inclusion and renewal of insurance: SCTR, Life Insurance under Law for personnel. * Participate in internal and external audits. * Submit and declare contributions and taxes (AFP, PLAME, among others). * Participate in HR and ERP process improvements and optimization. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Accounting. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as an assistant. * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. * ERP experience (SAP, SIESA, or similar). * ERP implementation or improvement experience is desirable. **What do we offer?** * General labor regime. * Hybrid work mode: on-site with one remote day per week. * Meal allowance for each working day. * EPS (Health Insurance) and corporate benefits. * Participation in process improvement and automation projects. *At Hy\-Line Perú, we promote inclusive, non-discriminatory selection processes.* Salary: S/.3,000\.00 \- S/.3,200\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
