Starring in and publishing innovative social media content Lovelyform, a Peruvian company specializing in the sale of women's shapewear, is looking for a creative, dynamic, and strategically minded **Content Creator** to contribute to our brand’s growth and positioning on social media. **Profile** We seek a person passionate about content creation and digital communication, comfortable performing on camera, creative in connecting with audiences, and capable of transforming ideas into compelling content that boosts engagement and sales. **Requirements** * Age between 22 and 35 years. * Technical or university education (completed or in progress). * Proven experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. * Knowledge of lighting, composition, framing, and audio handling using mobile devices. * Proficiency in CapCut or other video editing tools. * Excellent on-camera presence, creativity, confidence, and poise. * Awareness of social media trends and high-impact content formats. **Responsibilities** * Plan, film, star in, and publish social media content (Reels, TikTok videos, trends, promotional content, and value-driven content). * Edit videos optimized for each digital platform. * Research trends and propose creative ideas aligned with the brand’s identity and objectives. * Coordinate and conduct content filming sessions. * Monitor collaborations with UGC creators, ensuring timely delivery of content meeting established quality standards. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies. **Work Modality** * Semi-remote \- Lima, Peru (ATE-based) * Part-time \| Monday to Friday. * Industry: Women’s Fashion & Textiles.
