Identify risks and propose solutions during development. **Main Responsibilities** \* Lead style development from customer requirements through final approval. \* Serve as the direct point of contact with the customer (follow-up, inquiries, negotiation of timelines and solutions). \* Analyze technical specifications and validate product feasibility (construction, fabrics, finishes). \* Coordinate with internal departments: development, design, production, PCP, quality, and logistics. \* Manage and track samples (proto, fit, PP, etc.). \* Consolidate and respond to customer feedback (fit, quality, construction). \* Identify development risks (timelines, materials, capacity) and propose solutions. \* Participate in cost estimation and validation together with the commercial team. \* Ensure adherence to the development schedule.\* Propose technical or commercial improvements or alternatives to the customer. **Technical Knowledge:** \* Garment development (knit and/or woven). \* Reading and interpretation of technical specifications. \* Garment manufacturing, fitting, and quality control processes. \* Basic cost analysis (fabrics, trims, manufacturing). \* Intermediate-to-advanced Excel (tracking, monitoring, reporting). \* Advanced English (mandatory, fluent communication with customers).
