Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and dynamic Sales Associate / Customer Service representative to advise on industrial footwear insoles and manage sales and order follow-up. Key Highlights: 1. We are a company dedicated to manufacturing industrial footwear insoles across three lines: Rubber, PU, and Expanded, as well as imported products. We are looking for a Sales Associate / Customer Service representative who is committed, dynamic, and possesses a positive attitude to deliver courteous and efficient service to our customers. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide personalized customer service (in-person, WhatsApp, and/or phone calls). * Advise customers on various insole models, materials, and features. * Record incoming products into inventory. * Issue daily sales invoices, delivery guides, receipts, and credit/debit notes. * Prepare and submit daily cash reconciliation reports. * Follow up on accounts receivable. * Coordinate deliveries and track orders. **Requirements** * Technical or incomplete studies in Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in sales or customer service (industrial, footwear, or materials sectors preferred). * Strong communication skills, empathy, and customer orientation. * Ability to work under performance targets. * Basic knowledge of Excel and sales documentation. * Responsible, organized, and with professional personal appearance. **We Offer** * Continuous product and sales technique training. * Excellent working environment and internal growth opportunities.
