Job Summary: We are seeking an entry-level Bakery Assistant to support dough preparation, pre-production, and baking while maintaining order and hygiene in the work area. Key Responsibilities: 1. We are looking for a **BAKERY ASSISTANT** for our workshop in Surquillo. REQUIREMENTS: * No prior work experience required. * Knowledge of pastry/bakery. (mandatory) * Dough weighing, bread rounding, and other pastry-related tasks. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday with **\*two fixed days off\***. * Availability to work fixed shifts totaling **28 HOURS PER WEEK**, morning shift. * Must be available to work in Surquillo, near Real Plaza Primavera; living in nearby areas is mandatory. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist in dough preparation and pre-production according to established recipes. * Weigh ingredients and supplies used in bakery product preparation. * Round, divide, and shape doughs according to departmental procedures. * Assist in fermentation, baking, and cooling processes. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and hygiene of tools, equipment, and work area. * Rotate products and supplies, ensuring quality, freshness, and proper storage. * Comply with food safety and handling standards. * Other duties inherent to the position.
