Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for cultural heritage conservation and management, with experience in handling and supervising exhibition pieces and cultural assets. Coordination with conservation specialists We are looking for a **new member for our Conservation and Heritage department**, with experience in handling exhibition pieces or antiques. **Working Hours**: Monday to Saturday, 9 a.m. \- 5 p.m. **Location:** Chancay **Requirements:** * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Art History, Conservation, Archaeology, Tourism, or related fields * Experience in heritage management, museums, exhibitions, or cultural assets * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Must reside in Chancay or nearby areas. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise exhibition conditions for artifacts (lighting, humidity, temperature, handling) to ensure they do not adversely affect conservation. * Ensure proper care, handling, and preventive conservation of heritage assets and decorative elements of the castle. * Coordinate with external specialists or vendors for conservation, restoration, or specialized treatment when necessary. * Maintain an up-to-date inventory of heritage assets, museum pieces, and decorative elements, ensuring control over their location and condition. * Record and document the conservation status of artifacts using inventory cards, reports, and basic tracking information. * Support the development and improvement of museum scripts and exhibition proposals in coordination with relevant departments. * Supervise the installation, deinstallation, and reorganization of exhibitions, verifying that they are conducted under appropriate conservation conditions.
