Flexible scheduling for students At Soul, we are looking for an Audiovisual Intern who is highly creative, possesses a strong aesthetic sense, and is eager to capture the best stories for our brands. If you are passionate about field production, master the vertical format, and enjoy agile editing, this role is for you! We seek someone who already owns basic professional equipment (photo/video camera) to lead on-site coverage and recordings for our clients. **What will be your main challenge?** Supporting the agency’s audiovisual production—from planning and on-location shooting (event coverage, brand activations, venue documentation, etc.). **What will you do with us?** \* Production and Shooting: Capture high-quality photo and video content at client locations or assigned events. \* Short-Form Content Direction: Guide talents or clients during recording to ensure dynamic, social-media-focused shots. \* Asset Management: Organize raw footage (b\-roll) in the cloud for future agency content. \* Creative Proposals: Contribute visual ideas, innovative framing, and propose trends based on viral audio or video content. **What are we looking for in you?** \* Final-year student or recent graduate in Audiovisual Communication, Film, Communication Sciences, Advertising, or related fields. \* Personal recording equipment. \* Basic lighting judgment and ability to capture clean audio outdoors/on location. \* Portfolio or audiovisual reel is mandatory (academic, personal, or commercial projects accepted). **What do we offer?** \* Monthly monetary stipend. \* Full transportation and mobility coverage for all field recording assignments. \* Remote work modality. \* Flexible hours if you are still studying. \* Internship agreement and performance certificate.
