Professional development in hazardous waste management A company specialized in hazardous waste management is looking for a Collections Assistant who wishes to join its finance team. **Location:** San Miguel **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:50 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. **Work Mode:** On-site **Responsibilities:** * Execute collections management based on billing reports. * Record income from bank deposits, withholding taxes, and other items. * Prepare and send service settlements to clients. * Coordinate with the billing department to ensure accurate recording of supporting documents. * Conduct continuous follow-up and update the customer portfolio. * Generate reports. * Provide support in administrative processes and customer service. **Required Profile:** * Graduate in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Mandatory requirement: **Minimum of 6 months’ experience in similar roles.** * Mandatory requirement: **Proven intermediate-level Excel proficiency.** * Strong organizational, communication, and goal-oriented skills. * Ability to work under pressure and handle negotiations. **We Offer:** * Formal employment under the MYPE payroll system with all statutory benefits. * Job stability. * A pleasant work environment. * Career development opportunities in the finance area.
