Job stability and professional growth. **Join Exirium S.A.C.!** We are looking for a committed, responsible **Construction Assistant**, eager to develop professionally in the construction and aluminum-and-glass structure installation sector. Requirements * Basic proficiency in using a cordless drill. * Availability to travel to various construction sites across Metropolitan Lima. * Good physical condition to perform operational tasks. * Availability to attend our workshop located in Ate Vitarte. * Prior experience in construction, installations, or related fields is desirable. Responsibilities * Assist in the installation of windows, glass partitions, and aluminum-and-glass railings. * Load and unload materials and tools. * Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE). * Comply with established safety rules and procedures. * Carry out tasks assigned by the site supervisor. * Participate in technical and safety training sessions. Working Hours * Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (including a 1-hour lunch break). * Saturdays: 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Compensation * Gross monthly salary: **S/ 1,900**. * Weekly payments. * Overtime pay in accordance with current regulations.
