Job Summary:
A warehouse professional responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials; maintaining up-to-date inventory records; and coordinating material procurement.

Requirements:
Technical or university degree in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
\- Courses in warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics.
\- Knowledge of inventory management practices (e.g., Kardex, FIFO).
\- Occupational health and safety standards.
\- Proficiency in ERP systems or logistics software.
\- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions.
Responsibilities:
\- Receive, inspect, and record goods and supplies entering the warehouse, ensuring conformity in quantity and quality.
\- Store and organize materials appropriately, ensuring accurate identification and location.
\- Prepare and dispatch materials requested by school departments, verifying delivery.
\- Maintain updated physical and institutional system inventory records.
\- Conduct periodic inventories and report detected discrepancies or inconsistencies.
\- Verify documentation related to warehouse movements (e.g., purchase orders, delivery notes, or others).
\- Coordinate with user departments on material requirements and provide procurement support.
\- Monitor stock levels and promptly report replenishment needs.
\- Other duties as assigned.
