Role Objective To implement and ensure the operational effectiveness of the training plan through logistical coordination, information analysis, and continuous follow-up. Key Responsibilities · Execute the training plan. · Coordinate in-person and virtual logistics. · Administer LMS platforms. · Analyze indicators. · Coordinate and supervise facilitators. · Manage information and reporting. · Participant follow-up. · Update documentation. · Develop specialized training programs aligned with the business domain. · Plan and organize onboarding training (in-person and virtual). · Develop and analyze KPIs for tracking and compliance. · Prepare executive progress reports. · Ensure the quality of training programs. · Supervise teams where applicable.
