If you seek formal employment with full payroll benefits and no night driving, this is your opportunity! **What do we offer?** * **Competitive Salary:** PEN 2,700 (Base) \+ PEN 300 (Fixed food allowance). * **General Regime Payroll:** 100% statutory benefits (CTS, Bonus, Vacation) from day one \+ SCTR. * **Per Diem and Accommodation:** PEN 40 daily for provincial trips and 100% covered accommodation. * **Additional Income:** Extra payments of PEN 40 to PEN 100 per additional local delivery. * **Safety:** Night driving strictly prohibited (driving hours only from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.). **Work Conditions** * **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday. * **Routes:** 60% local (Lima) and 40% provincial (North up to Tumbes, South up to Arequipa/Cusco/Puno). * **Base:** Ventanilla / Northern Lima. **Requirements** * **Driver's License:** Valid **A3C or A3B** license. * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months driving semi-trailers. * **Knowledge:** Defensive driving skills. * **Education:** Completed secondary education. * **Residence:** Must reside in Ventanilla, Northern Lima areas, or nearby locations. **Your Responsibilities** * Responsible operation of the vehicle for cargo transportation. * Detailed reporting of completed trips. * Ensuring proper care and preventive maintenance of the assigned vehicle.
