Performance of industrial maintenance AN INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION AND CONTROL COMPANY is seeking an Electrical Assembly Technician with workshop and field experience for electrical panel manufacturing, implementation and execution of electromechanical assemblies, and industrial maintenance. The candidate must be capable of designing and simulating control and power circuits, performing complete assembly—from structural components (trays/conduits) to fine wiring of instrumentation, control, and power systems. POSITION: ELECTRICAL ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN FOR INDUSTRIAL PANELS AND INSTALLATIONS VACANCIES: 3 ● ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: \- Graduate of Industrial Electricity, Mechatronics, Industrial Controls, and/or Electrotechnology technical programs (SENATI, TECSUP or equivalent). \- Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in the position. ● KNOWLEDGE: **\* Position-specific knowledge:** \- Design, calculation and/or simulation of industrial electrical circuits. \- Design and implementation of industrial electrical panels. \- Assembly and installation of internal components: thermal-magnetic circuit breakers, residual-current devices, contactors, thermal relays, frequency inverters, servo drives, HMIs, PLCs, etc. \- Assembly, connection, and cable dressing of distribution, power, and automation panels. \- Installation and support of cable trays (ladder or mesh type) and industrial raceways. \- Bending, threading, and assembly of conduit piping (EMT/IMC) with aesthetic and technical finishes. \- Routing of instrumentation, control, and power cabling in industrial environments. \- Cable identification and labeling using tags or heat-shrink tubing. \- Expert interpretation of electrical diagrams (single-line and multi-line). \- Interpretation of pneumatic and electro-pneumatic systems. \- Motor connection, control, and startup. \- Conducting continuity, insulation (megger), and voltage tests. \- Identification of electrical circuits and compliance with current color-coding standards. \- Knowledge and application of the National Electrical Code (NEC), color-coding standards, and safety regulations. **\* Desirable position-related knowledge:** \- Experience in development, improvement, and/or execution of industrial electrical projects. \- Knowledge of instrumentation and control systems and devices. **\* Technical knowledge:** \- MS Office \- Intermediate level \- MS Project or other project management software \- Basic level. \- EPLAN Electric, AutoCAD Electrical or other electrical design software \- Intermediate level. \- Engineering English \- Intermediate level. ● COMPETENCIES: \- Commitment \- Detail-oriented and organized \- Planning and organization \- Teamwork \- Responsibility ● WORK CONDITIONS: \- Project-based payroll (3 months), with possibility of extension. \- On-site work. \- Schedule: Mon. \- Fri. 8 a.m. – 5:45 p.m. / Sat. 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. \- Work location: LIMA ● BENEFITS: \- Salary range: S/. 1600 to S/. 2500 (based on evaluation and experience) \- Lima travel expenses (transportation and meals) covered at 30%. \- Provincial travel expenses (transportation, meals, and accommodation) covered at 100%. \- Continuous learning and training opportunities.
