Job Summary: Perform monthly dynamic maintenance on equipment, diagnose issues, and report replacement parts to ensure optimal equipment performance and customer retention. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform dynamic maintenance and verify proper equipment operation. 2. Diagnose issues and identify replacement parts requiring replacement. 3. Report completed work and details of actions performed on the equipment. ***What is your mission?*** Carry out the monthly dynamic maintenance routines assigned by the route supervisor and report worn-out replacement parts in accordance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance and achieve customer retention. * ***Responsibilities:*** \- Perform monthly dynamic maintenance and verify proper equipment operation. \- Diagnose equipment issues and identify replacement parts requiring replacement, reporting them via the mobile application. \- Report completed work and details of actions performed on the equipment to the route supervisor via the Otis application. \- Complete technical reports accurately. \- Support compliance with internal policies established by the company. \- Perform other job-related duties as directed by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: \- Electronic Technician, Mechanical Technician, Electrical Technician, Mechatronics Technician, and/or related fields. \- Minimum 6 months of experience in elevator maintenance (preferred). \- Experience in mechanical, elevator, and electrical platform maintenance. * ***Benefits*** \- Market-competitive salary. \- Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. \- Mobility allowance. \- Ongoing training.
