Job Summary: We are seeking a Merchandiser to strengthen our brand presence at points of sale and contribute to our sales growth, ensuring proper product display. Key Highlights: 1. Trains the sales force on the product portfolio. **We are GAMA ITALY**, an internationally recognized brand in beauty and personal care products. We are currently looking for a **Merchandiser** to help strengthen our brand presence at points of sale and contribute to our sales growth. **Responsibilities:** * Visit branches across various sales channels (supermarkets, retail stores, specialty stores, professional channels, and other clients) in Lima and provinces to verify proper product display. * Supervise that products are properly displayed, maintaining a tidy, clean area with all SKUs available. * Secure new display spaces at points of sale to improve brand visibility. * Collect and document sales information for our brand and competitors to support improvements in commercial strategies. * Monitor and control product stock levels at points of sale, reporting any incidents related to stockouts or shortages. * Distribute and install brand POP (Point of Purchase) materials at assigned points of sale. * Conduct training sessions for clients’ sales teams on the product portfolio, highlighting features, benefits, and usage. * Document visits through photographic reports, activity coverage records, results, and newly acquired display spaces to measure the impact of actions. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 3 months of experience as a promoter, merchandiser, or in similar roles. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Valid health certificate for Metropolitan Lima. * Availability to conduct visits in Lima and provinces. **Benefits:** * Full payroll registration from day one. * Salary of S/1,300 + S/200 for transportation. * Ongoing training opportunities.
