Interdepartmental coordination and problem resolution. **Job Profile** Professional or technician with experience in supervising the fabrication, assembly, and maintenance of metal structures, responsible for ensuring compliance with drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations during work execution. Requirements * Technician or professional in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Metal Construction, or related fields. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in fabrication and/or assembly of metal structures. * Experience supervising operational staff. * Knowledge of drawing and technical specification interpretation. * Familiarity with cutting, assembly, welding, and assembly processes. * Proficiency in using measuring instruments and dimensional control tools. * Knowledge of industrial safety and high-risk work practices. * Intermediate/user-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. Main Responsibilities * Supervise fabrication, assembly, welding, and assembly activities for metal structures. * Assign and monitor tasks performed by supervised personnel. * Verify that work is executed in accordance with drawings and technical specifications. * Monitor dimensions, levels, alignment, and quality of completed work. * Coordinate proper use of materials, tools, and equipment. * Verify compliance with safety procedures. * Coordinate with production, quality, engineering, and other involved departments. * Report project progress, observations, and requirements. * Identify deviations during execution and coordinate corrective actions. * Ensure workplace order and adherence to established deadlines.
