Position Summary: Administer, control, and develop annual, five-year, and Life-of-Mine (LOM) mining plans, validating input consistency to ensure information reliability. Key Highlights: 1. Validates the consistency of inputs from various departments for mining plans. **POSITION MISSION:** Administer, control, and develop annual, five-year, and Life-of-Mine (LOM) mining plans, including waste/mineral stockpile discharge sequencing, and validate the consistency of inputs received from various MCP departments to ensure the reliability of information presented in annual mineral reserve estimation and mine planning reports. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Administer, control, and develop annual, five-year, and Life-of-Mine (LOM) mining plans, including waste and mineral stockpile discharge sequencing. * Participate in the review of planning projects with consulting firms. * Prepare annual reports supporting mineral reserve estimation. * Consolidate and validate the consistency of inputs received from geology, geotechnical, commercial, cost, metallurgy, operational excellence, mine operations, plant operations, licenses, and permits departments for mining plan development. * Determine equipment and personnel requirements necessary for mining plan implementation, substantiating analysis results in coordination with the direct supervisor. * Prepare execution performance reports for mining plans, comparing deviations against planned targets.
