Job Summary: This role involves comprehensive surveillance and protection of a construction site office, including access control, routine patrols, and ensuring compliance with security regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Surveillance and protection of facilities and assets. 2. Access control and compliance with security regulations. 3. Prevention of criminal acts and handling of confidential information. **Location:** * Ventanilla, Callao **Compensation:** * S/ 1,500\.00 per month **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. * Must reside in the district of Ventanilla (mandatory). **Responsibilities:** * Conduct surveillance and protection of the construction site office, as well as its assets and facilities, performing necessary inspections, recordkeeping, and preventive actions. * Carry out identity verification for individuals, and inspect personal belongings, packages, and vehicles at building entrances and interior areas. * Control entry and exit of staff, visitors, suppliers, and contractors. * Conduct regular surveillance patrols inside and around the construction site office. * Verify compliance with company-established security regulations. * Provide guidance and information to employees, visitors, and suppliers regarding access to and presence within the facilities. * Prevent commission of criminal acts, damage to property, or administrative violations. * Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information related to company operations, activities, and documentation. * Immediately report any incident, anomaly, or risk situation to the appropriate supervisor. * Support other job-related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
