We are seeking a dynamic Occupational Health and Safety Officer to manage SST documentation, conduct field supervision, and support operations, warehouse control, and inventory management.

We are looking for an **Occupational Health and Safety Officer (SST) with Operations Support**. The ideal candidate is dynamic: they will manage pre-visit documentation and accompany the technical team during client plant visits and services (field-based SST supervision). During base/shop days, they will provide key support in warehouse control, inventory management, and internal logistics.
**Main Responsibilities:**
*Field Management and Client Coordination (Industrial Plants):*
* Timely management of plant entry documentation: SCTR, EMOs, homologations, matrices, ATS, and high-risk work permits (PETAR).
* Accompany and supervise technical staff in the field during services, ensuring compliance with each client’s safety standards and Law No. 29783\.
* Deliver 5-minute safety talks and verify the condition and correct use of PPEs and tools.
* Record observations and coordinate directly with clients’ SST supervisors.
*Shop Management:*
* Maintain inventory control of tools, equipment, consumables, and PPEs.
* Keep internal SST Management System records up to date (workshop inspections, fire extinguishers, first-aid kits, order and cleanliness).
* Support logistics and preparation of toolkits and supplies prior to each plant visit.
**Requirements:**
* Graduate, Bachelor’s degree holder, or certified professional in Engineering.
* Specialized course or diploma in SSOMA / OHS with no fewer than 180 academic hours (certificate mandatory for verification).
* Minimum 1 year of experience processing industrial plant entry permits and conducting field-based SST supervision (metal-mechanical, assembly, or maintenance services).
* Solid knowledge of ATS, PETAR, IPERC development, and regulations under Law No. 29783\.
* Availability to travel to industrial plants according to service scheduling.
