Job Summary: Imperia is seeking an Audiovisual Content Creator for Internal Communications, focused on editing and creating short, dynamic videos and covering company events. Key Highlights: 1. We invite you to join our team as an Audiovisual Content Creator – Internal Communications. **The ideal candidate: Is it you?** * Technical or university graduate in Communications, Design, Audiovisual Studies, or related fields. * 6 months to 1 year of experience in video editing and content creation. * Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and/or After Effects (Intermediate level) and agile tools such as CapCut (mandatory for social media). * Basic knowledge of video recording (use of camera/smartphone, lighting, and audio) and social media formats (Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn). * Creativity, strong spelling skills, responsibility, and eagerness to learn. **Main Responsibilities and Challenges:** * Edit short, dynamic videos for internal communications campaigns and corporate social media. * Support video recording and conduct audiovisual coverage (photos/video) of company events, anniversaries, and activations. * Adapt graphic and audiovisual assets for distribution on LinkedIn and internal WhatsApp. * Contribute creative ideas for scripts and video trends that align with Imperia’s culture. * Collaborate closely with the team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials. **Benefits to Grow Together:** * Full payroll registration with all statutory benefits. * 100% EPS health insurance coverage. * Professional development opportunities and career path planning. * Birthday leave day. * Ongoing training and certifications. * Recognition-oriented culture and collaborative work environment.
