Excellent work environment. **Work Modality** * Weekly schedule of **48 hours**. * Shifts scheduled according to operational needs. * Rotating rest days. * 100% on-site field work, servicing various locations across Metropolitan Lima. **Your Mission** Provide operational support to technicians during preventive and corrective maintenance activities on electrical systems, sanitation facilities, infrastructure, furniture, finishes, and other assets—ensuring services are delivered efficiently, safely, and orderly. **Your Responsibilities** * Assist technicians during maintenance interventions. * Transport, prepare, and organize tools and materials. * Perform minor tasks under supervision, such as painting, equipment cleaning, and simple disassembly. * Support documentation of completed tasks via photographs, forms, and records. * Report any incidents or anomalies detected during fieldwork to the technician. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area and with tools. * Comply with safety procedures and proper use of PPE. * Maintain order and care of assigned tools. **What We Are Looking For** * Technical education in electricity, maintenance, plumbing, or related fields. * Prior experience in operational maintenance, electricity, plumbing, or general services is desirable. * Basic Office software proficiency for data entry and use of standard templates. * Fundamental knowledge of general maintenance: electricity, plumbing, HVAC, or similar. **We’d Like You To Be:** ✔ Proactive. ✔ Good communicator. ✔ Able to follow instructions. ✔ Punctual and committed. ✔ Courteous and team-oriented. ✔ Detail-oriented. **Why Join KLLPA?** At **KLLPA**, we aim to develop our employees’ talent.
