Logisminsa is seeking an Occupational Nurse for the night shift, responsible for safeguarding the physical, mental, and psychological well-being of employees and promoting occupational health.

**Logisminsa**, dedicated to mineral concentrate storage and dispatch, is seeking an Occupational Nurse with immediate availability for the NIGHT SHIFT.
**JOB MISSION:**
Safeguard the physical, mental, and psychological well-being of employees by designing and implementing plans for disease prevention, surveillance, control, and health promotion within the framework of Occupational Health, in order to maintain optimal life-family-work balance.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Ensure control of occupational medical examinations (OME), including pre-employment, periodic, and post-employment exams, as well as recording of medical consultations, emergencies, or urgent cases.
* Monitor compliance with recommendations and restrictions issued in all OMEs to prevent occupational diseases.
* Guarantee documentation of observations generated during occupational medical examinations to ensure all employees possess up-to-date medical fitness certifications.
* Implement the ‘Plan for Surveillance, Prevention, and Control of COVID-19 at Work’ developed by the Occupational Safety and Health Department and its associated protocols.
* Conduct home-based follow-up for suspected and confirmed COVID-19 cases.
* Validate health documents and requirements for external personnel entering the premises, including third parties, suppliers, contractors, clients, visitors, and job applicants.
* Review medical certificates or absences due to health issues.
* Schedule delivery of illustrative occupational health information for dissemination across projects, ensuring employees remain informed.
* Verify compliance with Occupational Health standards both within the company and across projects to guarantee adherence.
* Identify occupational health risks (e.g., ergonomic, biological, chemical) and mitigate or reduce their impact on workers’ health.
* Deliver talks, training sessions, and workshops focused on disease prevention and health promotion (daily – at start-of-shift).
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Minimum 1 year of experience as an Occupational Nurse in industrial companies.
* Availability to work at the entrance of Ventanilla District (Alt. Paradero Inka Cola \- Marquez).
* Licensed Nurse.
* Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health (Desirable).
* Willingness to work the night shift.
