Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments, standardizing workflows and reporting. **Job Objective:** Manage and optimize the procurement process for Pan de la Chola, ensuring timely supply of inputs for stores and production areas, with a focus on information analysis, organization, control, and continuous improvement proposals regarding costs, stock control, and processes. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Receive, consolidate, and manage purchases of inputs and packaging for stores, categorized by type and purchase frequency. \- Administer orders for high-turnover perishable products and consignment products. \- Schedule high-volume purchases with monitoring of minimum safety stock levels. \- Analyze consumption patterns, purchase frequencies, stockouts, and overstock situations. \- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments. Track orders (invoicing, payment, shortages, changes, incidents). \- Propose and implement improvements in centralized controls and departmental processes. \- Standardize formats, workflows, and reports.
