Software or Systems Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking an IT professional with experience to develop, implement, and maintain software solutions; administer technology infrastructure; and ensure information security. Key Highlights: 1. Software solution development and maintenance. 2. Technology infrastructure administration and information security. 3. Implementation of technological improvements and system integration. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Computer Engineering. * Minimum of **3 years** of experience performing duties in the Information Technology field. * Preferred experience in companies within the **real estate, construction, or related sectors**. * Solid knowledge of web and desktop application development and maintenance. * Experience in database administration. * Experience in system integration via APIs and web services. * Knowledge of network, server, computer equipment administration, and technology infrastructure management. * Proficiency in work management platforms (Monday preferred). * Knowledge of cybersecurity, data backup, and access management. * Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and enterprise collaboration tools. * Preferred experience in implementation, support, or integration of ERP systems (Soluflex preferred) and document management platforms. **Competencies:** * Analytical ability and problem-solving orientation. * Proactivity and technological innovation. * Organization and planning. * Effective communication and internal user orientation. * Teamwork and ability to manage multiple projects. * Adaptability to dynamic environments. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop, implement, and maintain software solutions aligned with business needs. * Provide technical support to users and ensure operational continuity of systems. * Administer the organization’s technology infrastructure, networks, servers, and equipment. * Manage databases, perform backups, and safeguard information security. * Implement technological improvements to optimize administrative and operational processes. * Integrate platforms and applications used by the company. * Coordinate with technology vendors for implementation and maintenance of IT solutions. * Monitor system performance and propose continuous improvement actions. * Prepare technical documentation, manuals, and procedures for the IT department. * Research and implement new technologies that add value to the organization. * Ensure compliance with information security policies and corporate data protection. * Provide support to systems used in administrative, commercial, and project areas, ensuring their availability and proper functionality. Salary: S/.2,300\.00 \- S/.2,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
