At **AyA Edificaciones**, we are currently seeking a **TECHNICAL OFFICE MANAGER** to join our team on a new project located in **SURCO, LIMA.** **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of **18 months** of experience in the construction sector (3 years in similar positions preferred). * Training courses in Project Management, Construction Management, or related disciplines. * Specialization in Construction Quality Management or a Diploma in Project Management is desirable. * Proficiency in S10 (desirable). * Availability to work according to project requirements. **Responsibilities** * Prepare and monitor the project's target budget and procurement schedule. * Manage material, equipment, service, and subcontractor procurement using S10\. * Supervise quantity surveying, valuations, change orders, deductions, and economic control of the works. * Manage submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), drawing control, and project change control. * Prepare reports, S-curves, Operating Results (OR), and management indicators. * Coordinate with clients, logistics, production, and other involved departments to ensure project delivery. * Supervise technical construction management, resolve incidents, and promote continuous improvement. * Ensure compliance with the Integrated Management System (IMS), Anti-Bribery System, and other company policies. * Support onboarding of new staff and perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisors. **Location:** Lima **Salary:** S/.6,000\.00 \- S/.6,500\.00 per month Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.6,000\.00 \- S/.6,500\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you hold a bachelor's degree or professional title in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields? * Do you have experience in the construction sector serving as a Technical Office Manager or in a similar role? * Do you have experience preparing and monitoring budgets, quantity surveys, and procurement schedules? * Do you have experience managing valuations, change orders, deductions, and economic control of construction works? * Have you managed Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, and drawing control in construction projects? * Do you have experience using the S10 software? * Do you hold training courses or diplomas in Project Management, Construction Management, or Quality Management? * Do you have experience coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and various site departments? * Are you available to work according to project requirements? * What is your expected monthly salary?
