**About You**
In this Production Technician role, you will focus on winning with consumers and the market, placing safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.
* Monitor and control the process (checklists, tracking sheets, etc.) to minimize downtime and unplanned stoppages.
* Lead problem analysis using various continuous improvement tools. Example: Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
* Provide ideas and implement effective solutions for recurring problems, ensuring equipment reliability.
* Maintain a culture of continuous improvement in reducing conversion costs (maintenance and production) and production costs (raw materials).
* Perform CTI (Clean to Inspect) according to the established schedule and manage compliance with autonomous care cards across various equipment.
* Ensure cleaning, sanitization, and maintenance of machines, meeting quality standards.
* Provide technical support to different sections of the production line under your responsibility.
* Prepare detailed shift reports, documenting key points for operational continuity.
To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
**Mandatory Requirements**
* Completed secondary education.
* Technical training in mechanical maintenance, industrial plant maintenance, production mechanics, electromechanics, electronics, mechatronics, or related fields.
* One year of experience in similar roles.
**Preferred Requirements**
* Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies operating production machinery is desirable.
* Basic SAP/R3 system knowledge is desirable.
* Experience handling mobile equipment such as pallet trucks and/or stackers is desirable.
* Basic proficiency in Office/Microsoft 365\ is desirable.
