




Position Summary: Responsible for the operationality, continuity, and security of institutional technology systems, leading digital transformation and regulatory compliance in the financial sector. Administer and supervise core financial systems and technology vendors **Position Objective** Responsible for the operationality, continuity, and security of institutional technology systems, leading digital transformation initiatives, vendor management, and regulatory compliance within the financial system. **Main Responsibilities** \- Administer and supervise the core financial system (SaaS model) and complementary systems, ensuring their availability and proper operation. \- Manage technology vendors: incident resolution, enhancements, SLAs, and project execution. \- Lead IT projects: digital channels (home banking, mobile app) and third-party integrations. \- Manage institutional cybersecurity: access controls, device protection, vulnerability management, and security policies. \- Ensure compliance with SBS regulations – Circular G\-140 (Information Security). \- Supervise operational continuity: backups, replication, and failure recovery mechanisms. \- Provide technical support to users at the main office and branches. \- Administer technological infrastructure: networks, connectivity, and computing equipment. \- Control user access and profiles in institutional systems. \- Address internal audit, external audit, and regulator (SBS) requirements. \- Prepare technical and management reports for Management. \- Promote digital transformation initiatives aimed at improving processes and services. \- Train staff on system usage and information security best practices. **Requirements** **Academic Qualifications** Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. **Experience** \- Minimum 3–5 years in similar positions. \- Preferred experience in cooperatives, financial institutions, or microfinance entities. \- Proven experience in core financial system administration, IT vendor management, and project execution. **Technical Knowledge** \- Core financial system management (SaaS model experience preferred). \- Information security and cybersecurity (SBS regulations – Circular G\-140\). \- Access management, security controls, and incident analysis. \- Databases: SQL Server and/or Oracle. \- Windows and Linux servers. \- Microsoft 365\ administration. \- Security platform administration. \- Networks and communications. \- Technology project management. \- Business continuity and contingency recovery **Competencies** \- Leadership and team/vendor management. \- Organization and planning. \- Effective communication with end-user departments and management. \- Analytical and problem-solving skills. \- Results orientation. \- Ability to work under pressure. **Note:** Salary expectation must be indicated.
