Collaborating on technical decisions and architectural improvements At **Sivium**, we are looking for a **Full Stack Developer** focused on React and Django, graduated from a technical institute or equivalent training, who wishes to join an early-stage technology startup with strong growth potential. In this role, you will play a key part in evolving our platform, participating in both frontend and backend development, and directly contributing to building new features centered on user experience and system efficiency. **Responsibilities** * Develop complete features (frontend and backend) * Implement components and views using React.js and React Native * Build and maintain REST APIs with Django * Integrate frontend and backend while ensuring efficiency and scalability * Design and optimize database queries (PostgreSQL) * Collaborate on technical decisions and architectural improvements * Apply best practices in development, version control, and collaborative work * Propose continuous improvements in performance, usability, and maintainability **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Software Development, Systems Engineering, or related fields * Experience with React.js and modern JavaScript * Knowledge of Python and Django * Experience consuming and/or developing REST APIs * Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL) * Familiarity with Git and agile methodologies **Consider:** * Full-time on-site work (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM). (40H) * Location: San Miguel District, Lima. * Base salary: S/. 1500 gross. * Employment modality: Company payroll under REMYPE scheme.
