Mission-critical environment at Cirion Data Center **Senior Data Analytics Analyst – Datacenter** --------------------------------------------- At **Cirion Data Center**, we continue strengthening our data and analytics capabilities to support business decision-making. We are looking for a **Senior Data Analytics Analyst** to act strategically within the data team, with a focus on Data Center operations, billing, capacity, SLAs, and service performance. This position will play a key role not only in individual technical delivery but also as a reference for junior analysts—guiding best practices, reviewing deliverables, and supporting the team’s technical development. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain data pipelines for billing, capacity, SLA, and operational processes. * Design, optimize, and maintain databases related to contracts, services, and infrastructure assets. * Create executive and operational dashboards in Power BI, ensuring visual clarity, performance, and a positive user experience. * Analyze trends in service churn, contractions, and expansions to support commercial and operational decisions. * Ensure data quality, governance, traceability, and performance. * Gather requirements from business, commercial, and operations areas. * Participate in agile work cycles, delivering value iteratively. * Guide junior analysts through code reviews, best practices, and technical feedback. * Document solutions, data models, analytical processes, and information flows. * Propose automations and continuous improvements to data processes. **Requirements** * More than 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or similar roles. * Experience designing, developing, and maintaining data solutions: ETL, pipelines, Data Warehouse, dimensional modeling, automation, and data governance. * Advanced proficiency in SQL, preferably SQL Server, and hands-on experience with Python for analysis and automation. * Solid experience with Power BI, data modeling, DAX, and executive/operational dashboards. * Familiarity with orchestration tools such as Azure Data Factory, Airflow, Prefect, or similar, and Git proficiency. * Knowledge of ITIL, SLAs, incident management, and change management. * Experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. * Ability to guide junior analysts, review deliverables, and serve as a technical reference. **Desirable** ITIL Foundation certification. Experience in billing or invoicing for IT, Telecommunications, or Data Center services. Knowledge of Data Center metrics such as uptime, availability, rack capacity, or PUE. Experience in churn analysis and B2B service behavior analysis. Cloud knowledge: Azure, AWS, or GCP. Experience in data governance, information security, and privacy-by-design best practices.
