This position is responsible for implementing strategies and follow-up and patient support activities across different business units, ensuring achievement of established brand objectives. Additionally, it coordinates operational activities with third parties responsible for direct patient support, contributing to strengthening initiatives that positively impact patients' quality of life, in accordance with corporate and regulatory standards.* **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Coordinate tactics and activities of the patient support program providers. * Design and implement strategies to promote adherence and expand program coverage. * Manage and supervise PSP providers, including selection processes, bidding, and compliance with guidelines. * Ensure achievement of established performance indicators, guaranteeing program quality and effectiveness. * Verify that third parties comply with trainings, procedures, and AstraZeneca's corporate requirements. * Monitor management indicators, proposing and executing improvement plans when necessary. * Design and implement adherence campaigns in accordance with regulatory and compliance policies. * Manage the PSP budget and submit monthly forecasts based on program needs. * Evaluate and analyze program results to implement continuous improvements. * Audit services provided by third parties, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards. * Guarantee proper execution of compliance and quality-related processes, including audits and AE reporting. * Lead the development of educational and communication materials for patients. * Represent the PSP to internal and external AstraZeneca stakeholders. **Job Requirements** ------------------------ **Essential** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Sciences, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience coordinating or leading patient support programs or high-complexity therapeutic areas. * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * High attention to detail and strong analytical skills for managing accurate information. * Proactive, meticulous, results-oriented profile with a focus on patient adherence and well-being. * Proficiency in digital and collaborative tools (Teams, Copilot, AZChatGPT, PowerPoint, Power BI). **Desirable** * Experience in strategic planning and goal achievement. * Leadership or team coordination skills. * Advanced Excel skills and Salesforce knowledge. * In-depth understanding of healthcare systems and care pathways. * Knowledge of insurance provider operating models. * Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements. * Experience in patient associations or high-cost disease areas. ***Why AstraZeneca?*** --------------------------- *AstraZeneca is a company committed to being a* ***Great Place to Work****.
