Knowledge of procurement and construction regulations Job Description: We are currently seeking a **Construction Assistant** for a sanitation project with the following requirements: **Candidate Profile:** * **Academic Qualification**: Graduate and/or registered Civil Engineer. * **Minimum Experience**: 3 years in executing public works (sanitation). * **Technical Knowledge**: * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and S10\. * Knowledge of the Regulation of the Public Procurement Law – Construction Chapter. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Public Procurement Law and its Regulation * National Building Regulation (RNE) * Preparation and review of progress billings, and preparation of quantity take-offs and technical justifications * Preparation of material, equipment, and service requisitions **Training** * Costs and budgeting * Progress billings and quantity take-offs * MS Project and/or Last Planner * Management of public works Salary: S/.3,500\.00 \- S/.4,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
