Job Summary: We are seeking a technical and responsible Graphic Production Operator for prepress, digital printing, and related production processes in Chilca. Key Highlights: 1. On-site work at the plant with company-provided transportation. **Graphic Production Operator – Southern Lima / Chilca** FLINK is seeking to hire a Graphic Production Operator for its plant in Chilca. We are looking for a technically skilled, responsible, and quality-oriented individual capable of performing tasks in prepress, digital printing, and complementary production processes. Requirements: * Technical education in Prepress, Graphic Design, Graphic Production, or related fields. * Experience in digital printing. * Proficiency in Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and Adobe Acrobat. * Knowledge of file preparation, image retouching, variable data, and imposition. * Desired: experience or knowledge in flexographic and/or screen printing to provide support and cover positions within the graphic department as needed. * Attention to detail for validating color, sharpness, alignment, spelling, and technical specifications. * Organization, responsibility, and commitment to quality standards. * Must reside in Southern Lima. Main Responsibilities: * Review, prepare, and adjust label, wristband, and other product files according to production orders and approved artwork. * Conduct color proofs, validations, and corrections prior to production. * Configure, calibrate, and operate digital printing, sublimation, inkjet, and supporting equipment. * Support flexographic and screen printing processes as required by operational needs and received training. * Perform quality control checks, record inspections, and report incidents. * Package, label, and verify final quantities and condition of products. Working Conditions: * On-site work at the plant located in Chilca. * Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Transportation provided by company bus along the Pan-American Highway South. * Formal employment registration and statutory benefits. Salary: S/.1,700\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
