Requirements: * Additional training in health-related areas is valued. * Previous experience in customer service, preferably in call centers and in the healthcare sector. * Effective communication, customer orientation, ability to work in a team, handling difficult situations, empathy, and patience. * Basic knowledge of medical imaging services. Familiarity with the health products or services offered by the company. Specific Functions. * Timely management of incoming and outgoing calls. * Appointment scheduling via WhatsApp. * Follow communication scripts when addressing different topics. * Identify customer needs, clarify information, investigate each issue, and offer solutions or alternatives. * Schedule, confirm, reschedule, cancel, and follow up on appointments as requested. * Transfer calls to the appropriate extensions. * Provide information about the center's services. * Meet defined service indicators to achieve individual goals. * Keep the patient database updated for proper follow-up.
