Position Summary: We are seeking an Electrical/Mechanical-Electrical Engineer to execute, control and supervise electrical installation works, ensuring quality and technical documentation. Problem solving, initiative, creativity and teamwork We are INGELSEG CONTRATISTAS S.A.C., a leading company in the sector, currently searching for top talent to join our team. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical-Electrical Engineering * Minimum of 2 years’ verifiable experience in electrical installations * Proficiency in: Intermediate-level Excel and AutoCAD * Availability to work across various districts of Lima (San Isidro, La Molina, Miraflores, Callao) * Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, creativity, teamwork, effective communication, productivity and adaptability **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Execute works as stipulated in the approved technical file * Conduct daily and weekly production control * Serve as the technical liaison between the site foreman and the resident engineer * Supervise proper execution of all works throughout their duration * Verify incoming materials qualitatively and quantitatively to ensure compliance with specifications * Maintain daily technical documentation control (measurements, labor productivity, material usage per item) * Timely reporting of significant events occurring on site * Prepare and organize documentation for the project handover dossier (as-built drawings, descriptive report, technical specifications, protocols, certificates) We offer all statutory benefits.
