Functions focused on comprehensive facility maintenance. **General Maintenance Technician - All-Round** **What do we require for this position?** * Knowledge of electricity, painting, maintenance mechanics, installations, metal carpentry, drywall, and cladding. * Knowledge of apartment remodeling and melamine furniture. * Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience. * Familiarity with INDECI regulations. **What will be your main duties and responsibilities?** * Replace lighting fixtures (fluorescent lamps and bulbs). * Repair plumbing pipes, offices, and other areas. * Use basic maintenance tools. * Handle electrical work to address incidents in offices, stores, and other locations. * Perform carpentry and locksmithing tasks. * Install or repair shelves, cabinets, doors, and windows. * Carry out other duties within your area of expertise. * Paint INDECI safety lines or possess knowledge regarding inspections. **What do we offer?** * Market-competitive remuneration. * Bi-weekly payments. * Willingness to travel. * Career path aimed at supporting the technical service department. * Availability to work Monday to Friday from **9 am – 6 pm**, and Saturdays from **9:00 am to 2:00 pm**. * Immediate availability. **We invite you to apply!** Employment type: Full-time Salary: Up to S/.2,100.00 per month Application question(s): * Please indicate your age. * District of residence. * Desired salary.
