Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Architecture or Engineering, with certified courses in Autodesk Revit. * Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM modeling for construction projects and/or development of technical documents. * Preferably having performed the role of BIM REINFORCEMENT STEEL MODELER (ESSENTIAL). * Proficiency in modeling the following disciplines: \- Architecture \- Structures \- MEP \- Preparation of As Built drawings. \- Quantity takeoff according to cost items. * Proper BIM element parameterization for information management and control. \- Software you must master: \-Autodesk Revit \-Navisworks \-Presto/ Cost It \-Autodesk Construction Cloud Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.4,000\.00 \- S/.4,500\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
